Second-hand items have certain special characteristics that you should have browse the detailed pictures on the website to understand the condition of the item. If you are not happy with the second-hand item purchased, we accept the return and exchange of second-hand items (only "Store Credit" that can be used on the online store can be returned). If you need to return second-hand items, please contact us immediately and describe the problem and submit a return request. After the return application is approved, you can make an appointment to go to our offline store for a refund, or by SF Express within 48 hours upon the return application is approved, please protect the item in its original packaging and return it to our studio address in Kwai Hing Hong Kong by SF Express. You will need to pay for the courier costs. (Items listed as "brand new" are not returnable or exchangeable.)
