Stylekiki guarantees that every item sold are genuine and will be carefully inspected and authenticated before sale. If you have any concerns about our products, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt of the parcel via Email: info@stylekiki.com or WhatsApp +852-6888 1295.


We provide manual review by CCIC registered specialist and Entrupy Review (there may be fees if you choose to use Entrupy.

The cost of inspecting the products we sell is: HKD$500/piece for general brands, excluding detachable accessories such as shoulder straps or bag charm, etc.; HKD$1200-1500/item for Hermes products, excluding detachable accessories. Such as shoulder straps or bag charm, etc.)

If the review result is uncertain (non-genuine), Stylekiki will cancel the relevant authentication fees and provide a 100% refund. The refund appeal period is 1 year from the order purchase date. Second-hand items have certain special characteristics that you should have browse the detailed pictures on the website to understand the condition of the item. If you are not happy with the second-hand item purchased, we accept the return and exchange of second-hand items (only "Store Credit" that can be used on the online store can be returned). If you need to return second-hand items, please contact us immediately and describe the problem and submit a return request. After the return application is approved, you can make an appointment to go to our offline store for a refund, or by SF Express within 48 hours upon the return application is approved, please protect the item in its original packaging and return it to our studio address in Kwai Hing Hong Kong by SF Express. You will need to pay for the courier costs. (Items listed as "brand new" are not returnable or exchangeable.) Brand-new items will not be returned or exchanged after they are sold unless there is a problem with their authenticity.
