About Consignment
1. Pictures and quotations are welcome. The pictures should be as clear as possible, and try to describe the purchase time, source, accessories, traces of use and defects of the consignment items. The final quotation is subject to the actual product. Our store reserves all rights to quote.
2. The consignment quotation is the actual price*, which is the actual cash price that the consignor can get back after the goods are sold. There are no other handling fees. Quotes are valid for one month.
3. The average selling time of popular styles is about two to three months (it is not fixed, some may be sold in one minute and some may not be sold for more than a year. We cannot guarantee the time when the items will be sold)
4. If the consigned items have not been sold for more than two months, no handling fee will be charged for taking them back. If you apply to take them back if they are not sold within two months, our store will charge 10% of the agreed price (retrieval price) As a listing fee. If a customer pays a deposit to reserve the goods, the consigned goods cannot be taken back immediately.
5. If the consignment item cannot be sold for a period of time, the store will have the opportunity to contact the consignor to discuss adjusting the price or taking back the consignment item.
6. You will be notified immediately after the consignment is sold, and the amount will be settled within 7-10 working days (the customer needs to be satisfied after receiving the goods before settlement. In addition, when the customer uses a credit card to pay, T+2 bank settlement time is required). The client No need to check the condition of your bag too frequently.
7. If the client is found to have stolen our store's pictures and put them on other platforms, our store has the right to charge 20% of the price of the consignment as photography fees.
8. If the consignment customer loses contact for more than three months, the consignment will be deemed abandoned and our store will handle it on your behalf.
9. If transported by SF Express, a small note must be added inside the package to write down the account name of the platform we communicate with you, i.e. IG name/whatsapp phone number/Facebook name/WeChat ID, etc., so that we can easily identify the goods. We have The right to return or reject unidentified goods.

*The valuation of goods will be based on:
1. Market supply and demand, style popularity
2. The condition of second-hand items (for example, "not used" is not a reference to the condition. The preservation process may also leave traces of preservation, such as deformation/discoloration/odor or mold), so the year of production of the product is also considered to be the condition. We will evaluate based on the actual situation
3. Seasonal restrictions on special materials, such as velvet/straw materials
4. Our store’s inventory status
The above factors cause fluctuations in the quotation, and the quotation is valid for one month.
