Q: Why lower price?
A: Our products are divided into two categories: "Brand New" and "Second Hand and Vintage"
The brand-new goods are imported from Europe in parallel, so the prices are much the same. But of course, you have to obtain a certain quantity first, which is different from wholesale imports and purchasing agents. Second-hand and vintage goods such as Chanel and Hermes LV, etc. (because LV, Chanel and Hermès are all self-operated and not wholesaled, so I only want to buy second-hand goods). We are a member store and auction house of several large and reputable second-hand store associations in Japan. For procurement, each store has a registered certifier stationed in the store to verify each Luxury Product. Coupled with the current Japanese yen exchange rate and tax rebate system, our local costs have been further reduced. Finally, my studio is located in a factory area, and the rent is cheaper than that of a ground floor shop.

Q: How to purchase?
A: Physical store shopping - Stylekiki's studio in Kwai Hing will be open for a few days every month from time to time, allowing customers to walk-in and shop. If you need to visit at other times, please make an appointment in advance. The physical store accepts cash, bank transfer, FPS, PayMe, credit card (Visa / Master / UnionPay / Amex), Hong Kong Alipay, Mainland Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc. on-line
Online ordering on our online store - Customers can use our online store system to place orders by themselves. Hong Kong customers can use credit cards or bank transfers. We have 11 banks and virtual bank accounts in Hong Kong for transfers, or you can use FPS / Payme payments. Macau guests can use Bank of China in Macau to transfer money. By default, Hong Kong and Macau addresses use SF Express to deliver to industrial and commercial residential addresses/smart cabinets/pickup points.
Overseas customers can use the credit card payment link or PayPal to pay, and we will send it overseas by EMS.

Q: Do you accept Visa? Master? EPS?
A: For on-site purchases at the studio, you can pay with Visa, Master, UnionPay or AE credit; for online purchases, you can pay with Visa, Master or UnionPay and use the payment link. Pre-orders and discounted items will be charged a 3% service fee (for example: $1,000 will be charged a $30 service fee). There is no service fee for cash. No EPS. In addition, AE/Standard Chartered/Manhattan (Visa/Master) credit cards can enjoy 12-month interest-free installments. Pay a deposit in advance, and you can use the card to make installments when picking up the goods. The handling fee is 6%. For other credit cards, customers need to call their own card. Center applies for installment.

Q: When will the studio open?
A: The studio is open once a month, and we also hold pop-up events from time to time. The studio can be visited by appointment on days other than open days, and it operates as an online store on weekdays.

Q: Can I get the same one back? /When will there be another one? /Can you notify me when restock?
A: Every vintage/second-hand piece is unique. Unlike new models, you can’t buy a large quantity at the brand’s specialty store, nor can you order it through an agent like Korean shirts. It all depends on our human flesh. Searching through thousands of second-hand stores in Japan, except for the styles with relatively large circulation, rare styles may not be found anymore. In addition, since the pricing of each second-hand store is different, or the condition of the goods is different, the price/condition of the same style purchased again may also be different. If the items are in stock, there will be no individual notification. You can add past items from our online store to your wish list, and the system will notify you when they arrive.
